Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your full legal name or company name], trading as Cosima Travel Technologies. By using the TravelHub app or cosimatravel.com, you agree to them.

1. The service

TravelHub helps you research, plan and organise trips. It includes travel information, an AI assistant, an itinerary planner and links to third-party booking sites. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 to use TravelHub.
  • Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your data.

3. AI-generated content

Treat AI answers and itineraries as suggestions, not professional advice. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

Before you travel, check opening times, prices, entry and visa rules, health requirements and safety advice with official sources such as GOV.UK foreign travel advice. Take particular care with hiking, outdoor and adventure activities: check conditions locally and never rely on the app alone for your safety.

4. Bookings with third parties

When you book a flight, hotel, tour or other service through a link in TravelHub, your contract is with that provider, not with us. Their terms, prices and cancellation policies apply. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse TravelHub. That includes breaking the law, trying to access other people's accounts, overloading or reverse-engineering our systems, scraping content, or using AI Assist to produce harmful material. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your content

Trips, photos and notes you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

7. Our content

The app, website, design and brand belong to Cosima or our licensors. Some information and images come from third parties such as Wikipedia, Unsplash and Instagram and remain theirs.

8. Liability

We provide TravelHub with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, events outside our control, or decisions made on AI content you didn't verify. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in advance. You can stop using TravelHub at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring claims in your local courts.
